Stage 1: Documentation and Preparation

Upon receiving your material, every item is photographed, weighed, and entered into our system as each lot is processed and assayed separately. Once entered into our system your material is taken to our on-site smelting room where it is melted into a bar.

Stage 2: Smelting

Your material is melted into a bar which is assayed two ways for the precious metal content using an X-Ray gun and a chemical analysis that our in-house chemist runs on our ICAP machine.

Stage 3:

Assay and Settlement

We will notify you wen your shipment has been delivered to our facility and again when we are complete with our process to discuss settlement. Turnaround time is approximately 10 days.

Our Fees

We pay 100% of the value of Gold, Silver, Platinum and Palladium. We have a flat 10% refining fee on all metals in addition to a $25 assay fee for the chemical analysis.

We pay on a five-day average of the London close. Your payment is calculated by taking the day of your settlement and the four prior days We have no minimum weight or extra fees for small or large lots.
