A U.S. Air Force veteran, Don grew up working in his father’s dental lab. Once he completed his military service, he returned to his work in the lab. After a few years, he made the decision to open his own refinery.

Don worked in a backyard shed, running the operation alone, for 8 years. As the business grew, he hired family members to assist him. Today, the business employs 35 people and is based in a 15,000-square-feet facility.

In his spare time, Don enjoys cooking, eating, golfing, traveling, fishing, and boating.
