The Chinese lithium carbonate market fell to its lowest level in the past seven months as producers liquidate stocks and the outlook remains downbeat amid low demand from the battery sector.
But the tungsten market continued to rise for the third consecutive week with prices moving up to a new high last seen in June as a result of tight ore supply.
