China minor metals: Higher costs lift prices

Higher graphite electrode costs lifted silicon prices to a two-year high. A decline in concentrate availability pushed tungsten prices to their highest level since April 2015. Vanadium prices moved to their highest level since September 2009 as environmental inspections continued to affect raw material supply.
